Aawas Yojana Announces Nationwide Hiring Drive to Boost Employment in Tier-2, Tier-3, and Tier-4 Cities
Aawas Yojana, India’s first PropTech–FinTech housing aggregator platform, has announced a large-scale hiring initiative across Tier-2, Tier-3, and Tier-4 cities. The company has opened up internship and entry-level roles in Real Estate Partnerships, Policy & Research, and User Growth & Marketing, aiming to create employment opportunities for thousands of young professionals in smaller towns and semi-urban regions.
The move comes as Aawas Yojana accelerates the expansion of its digital housing platform, which enables slot-based property participation starting at ₹49, escrow-linked payments, and 0% EMI homeownership models.

Three roles: Onboarding – Real Estate Partnerships, Policy & Research, and User Growth & Marketing.
Nationwide hiring focus: Emphasis on Tier-2, Tier-3, and Tier-4 cities, where digital adoption is rising rapidly.
